This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to any paid services, subscriptions, memberships, or voluntary contributions offered by Pundir Knowledge Hub (“pundir.in”).


1. Digital Content & Services

Pundir Knowledge Hub primarily provides digital content such as articles, newsletters, and may offer:

  • Paid subscriptions
  • Reader contributions
  • Premium or members-only content (if applicable)

2. Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
  • We do not store or process sensitive payment information such as card details.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content:

  • All payments are non-refundable once processed.
  • Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases such as:
    • Duplicate charges
    • Technical errors resulting in incorrect billing

Any approved refund will be issued through the original payment method.


4. Subscription Cancellation

  • Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through their account or payment provider.
  • Cancellation will stop future billing.
  • Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Changes to Pricing or Services

We reserve the right to modify pricing, subscription benefits, or discontinue services at any time. Changes will not affect already completed transactions.
