Welcome to Pundir Knowledge Hub. We welcome original, well-researched articles in English from writers, bloggers, and subject-matter experts. If you would like to publish your article on our website, please follow the editorial guidelines below.


Article Submission Process

To submit your English article:

Use Google Docs for Submission

We request all contributors to write and submit their articles using Google Docs.

Google Docs Settings:

1. Page Setup:

  • Go to File > Page Setup
  • Paper Size: A4
  • Margins: Normal (1 inch on all sides)
  • Orientation: Portrait

2. Sharing Settings:

  • Set your document to “Anyone with the link can comment”
  • Share the link via email

Font & Formatting Guidelines

For English Text:

Font: Arial, Times New Roman, or Calibri
Font Size: 12pt (body text)
Line Spacing: 1.5
Alignment: Left aligned

Headings:

  • Main Heading (H1): 18pt, Bold
  • Sub-heading (H2): 16pt, Bold
  • Minor heading (H3): 14pt, Bold

Other Formatting:

  • Use Bold for emphasis on important points
  • Use italics or blockquotes for quotes
  • Use bullet points or numbering for lists
  • Include hyperlinks to credible sources

Article Requirements

Word Count:

  • Minimum: 800 words
  • Ideal: 1200-2000 words
  • Long-form (2000+ words) are welcome for comprehensive topics

Content Standards:

Original Content – No plagiarism or copy-paste
Well-Researched – Include facts, data, and credible sources
Grammar & Spelling – Proper English grammar and spelling
Readable – Clear, concise, and engaging language
Structured – Organized with proper headings and paragraphs

2. Featured Image:

  • High resolution (minimum 1200×628 pixels)
  • Relevant to the article topic
  • Copyright-free or properly licensed
  • Image source/credit information

3. Meta Description:

  • A brief summary of your article in 150-160 characters
  • SEO-friendly and engaging

4. Keywords (Optional):

  • 3-5 relevant keywords for SEO optimization

Editorial Review Process

All submissions undergo an editorial review:

For Accepted Articles

Copyright & Ownership

  • Ensure your content is original before submission
  • You retain copyright of your work after publication
